From 2003 to 2006 I worked with Mark Klett on an extended rephotographic survey of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake and Fire. We researched and selected 100 historic images to make repeat photographs from. The work was exhibited in 2006 at the Legion of Honor in SanFrancisco and published by the University of California Press with essays by Philip Fradkin and Rebecca Solnit.
